My name is Cameron Smith, owner of Virginia Coral Farms.

I am a hobbyist just like you with a passion for the underwater world and a desire to protect and preserve it. That's why I started captively growing marine aquarium corals to supply to the aquarium trade. It's called Captive Propagation and it aids in protecting our natural coral reefs while at the same time produces animals that thrive in captivity.

 

It is our goal to provide captive grown specimens whenever possible. We will accomplish this by partnering with other coral propagation specialists around the world and by educating and encouraging hobbyists to do the same. As a result, many of the corals we offer will not always be grown in our facility. Due to this, your shipment may often arrive from a different address than ours. Rest assured, you will receive quality captive grown corals from an experienced aquarist, shipped overnight to most destinations, guaranteed to arrive alive!!!

 

We understand that many marine aquarists may not have access to a local fish store right around the corner. Or perhaps they aren't able to obtain the selection of corals necessary to create a beautiful marine aquarium. Our goal is to provide you with the highest quality captive grown specimens whenever possible, shipped direct to you while keeping our overnight shipping rates as low as possible.

 

Being a hobbyist myself, I remember what it was like to be new to marine reefkeeping.
